Video Editor
Drop in a clip and make every change at once: cut the piece you want, crop what stays in shot, turn a video shot sideways, mute it. One pass, one file out.

A video — MP4, MOV, WebM and more, up to 300 MB
Drag the edges of the strip to pick the piece by time, and the frame on the video to pick what stays in shot.
Minutes and seconds, like 1:30
Turn—
This is an editor of one clip, not a cutting room: there are no tracks, transitions or titles, and there will not be — a browser on a single thread would spend ten minutes where a desktop program spends one. What it does do is everything at once, in a single pass. Doing the same through three separate pages means re-encoding three times, and every re-encode loses a little picture. If all you need is to cut a piece with no loss at all, the trim page copies the stream without re-encoding — that is faster and lossless, at the price of landing on the nearest keyframe.

Good to know
Why one pass matters
Every one of these changes can be made on a page of its own: trim here, convert there, and a third for the sound. But each of those pages re-encodes the picture, and re-encoding is lossy — three tools in a row means three generations of loss on the same clip. Here the trim, the crop, the rotation and the sound go into a single command, and the picture is rebuilt once. On a long clip that is also three times less waiting.
What this is not
It is not a cutting room. There are no tracks, no transitions, no titles, no joining two clips — and there will not be. Video encoding in a browser runs on one thread, and where a desktop program spends a minute this would spend ten; an editor you abandon halfway is not an editor. What it does instead is the handful of things people actually come for on a phone: shorten it, straighten it, crop the edges out, take the sound off.
Frequently asked questions
Why does it take minutes?
Because the picture is decoded and drawn again frame by frame, and the engine runs on a single thread — a browser cannot use more without headers that would break other things on this site. The estimate is shown before you press, not after, so you can decide whether to wait.
I only need to cut a piece out. Is there something faster?
Yes — the trim page. It copies the compressed stream as it is, without re-encoding, so even a large file takes a fraction of a second and loses nothing. The price is that the cut lands on the nearest keyframe, which may be a few tenths of a second from the moment you asked for. This editor always re-encodes, because cropping and rotating cannot be done any other way.
Can it join two clips together?
No. Joining needs both files to agree on resolution, frame rate and codec, and when they do not — which is most of the time — everything has to be re-encoded to a common format first. That is a different tool with a different promise, and pretending otherwise here would mean failing on the first mismatched pair.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. The engine runs inside your browser, so the clip is decoded and rebuilt on your own device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing is kept when you close the tab.
